The best and worst parts
The staff is friendly, and the wellness area is a true highlight, perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes.
Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short. Dinner options were underwhelming compared to breakfast, and the smoking policy on balconies led to unpleasant odors in non-smoking rooms.

Amazing mountain views from the balconies create a serene atmosphere. The wellness area offers a fantastic retreat with both a swimming pool and jacuzzi, ideal for post-ski relaxation.
The hotel's smoking policy on balconies is a major drawback. The smell of smoke can easily seep into adjacent rooms. This can be particularly disruptive at night if smokers occupy nearby rooms. The spa area closes at 8 PM, which limits relaxation after a long day, while the gym equipment feels a bit bare-bones, lacking variety for fitness enthusiasts. Even though the layout of some rooms can be cozy, not everyone will find the arrangement comfortable, especially larger families. The menu also needs a wider range of non-meat options to cater to diverse dietary preferences.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room with Balcony and loved the fine mountain views. The room felt cozy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread impressed me with its variety, especially the selection of fresh fruits and gluten-free options. The wellness area was fantastic, with a relaxing retreat after a long day of skiing. The smoking policy on balconies was a letdown. I could smell smoke from neighboring rooms, which really impacted the otherwise fresh mountain atmosphere. The gym equipment felt bare bones, lacking variety. A bit more attention to the gym and a no-smoking policy could enhance the guest experience a lot.

Unexpected delights await here
Woke up to amazing mountain views and enjoyed unlimited access to a fantastic wellness area. The staff pampered us with kindness.
Sadly, the restaurant had limited options , and our meals took far too long to arrive. A bit of improvement here would make it perfect.

enjoyable stay with easy access to nearby hiking and parks
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff upon arrival, and the convenient access to fine natural attractions like Jerzens Hochzeiger and Pitz Park made my city strolls even more good. As a weekend traveler, the pet-friendly atmosphere really added to the convenience of my stay with my furry companion, but I found the dining experience could use some improvement.
